2.1 Service-Based Programs

SpiritLeadNow offers in-person and online spiritual growth programs tailored for business leaders. These programs include coaching sessions, group workshops, and retreats.

Refunds: You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days of approval. You may also transfer your enrollment to another program date if you notify us at least 14 days before the program start date. Certain retreats and limited-capacity workshops are non-refundable due to upfront venue and facilitator commitments.

2.2 Information Products

We provide digital courses, e-books, and recorded workshops designed to support your spiritual development. Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to downloadable content.

Refunds: Refund requests for information products must be made within 14 days of purchase and before any content has been downloaded or streamed. Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method within 14 days. Digital products are non-transferable.

2.3 Physical Goods

Our store offers books, journals, and spiritual tools shipped to your address. Shipping times may vary by location.

Returns and Refunds: If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will issue a refund via the original payment method within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the error lies with SpiritLeadNow. Used or personalized items are non-returnable.

3. Rescheduling and Transfers
